Medical Negligence
 
We are also experienced in the representation of medical practitioners subjected to inquiries or charges by the Malaysian Medical Council. Our lawyers are well-versed with the nuances of such inquiries and are equipped to provide comprehensive representation to the client throughout the course of such inquiries. We have access to a team of varied and highly respected medical professionals who are recognised as experts in their respective fields of medicine; enabling us to obtain interim advice, expert opinions when necessary. These experts are available as expert witnesses or as consultants to the defence team when we act for a client.

In instances where allegations of negligence are libellous in nature, clients are rendered access to our highly experienced defamation practitioners for specific advice on prosecution of a defamation action.
