S P Setia Berhad has entered into a joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia Sdn Bhd to develop two parcels of prime commercial land in Setia Federal Hill, Bangsar. The project, with an estimated gross development value of RM1.4billion, will comprise two residential towers with approximately 1,300 units.
 
Setia Federal Hill is located opposite KL Sentral, and the first residential tower is targeted to be launched next year.
 
S P Setia is assisted in the legal aspects of the joint venture and the related agreements by Partners of Skrine, Phua Pao Yii and Jesy Ooi, and Senior Associate, Tan Wei Liang.
