Gamuda Land (T12) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Gamuda Land Berhad (“Gamuda Land”), and Dusit Overseas Company Limited (“Dusit”) announced the signing of a hotel management agreement in relation to ASAI Gamuda Cove yesterday.
 
The event is a significant milestone for both parties as it represents Gamuda Land’s first hotel project and Dusit’s maiden venture into hotel management in Malaysia.
 
The ASAI Gamuda Cove is a 280-room hotel located in the Gamuda Cove 1,530 acre township development by Gamuda Land. It is expected to commence operations in Q1 of 2026.
