Skrine recently hosted a client reception to celebrate its 60th Anniversary! On 22 June 2023, the elegant halls of The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur provided the backdrop for our momentous occasion.
 
It was truly an honour to have members of our valued clientele and collaborative partners, including members of our Skrine alumni who have ventured into different industries and practices locally and abroad, join us on this special occasion. Attendees included directors and representatives from various industries and sectors, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, multinational corporations and government-linked companies.
 
The evening commenced with a warm welcome speech from our Senior Partner, To’ Puan Janet Looi. We raised a toast to express our heartfelt appreciation to our clients and collaborative partners for their unwavering support and confidence in Skrine.
 
As the evening unfolded, guests were treated to a delectable array of canapés and live food stations, complemented by a delightful selection of beverages. The enchanting melodies performed by Kirana Kay provided an entertaining musical backdrop, further enhancing the ambience. Guests were also invited to express their artistic talents in a creative experience by painting our 60th Anniversary custom-designed batik piece.
 
To commemorate this significant milestone, we served our exclusive Skrine’s 60th Signature Cocktail and Mocktail, specially crafted for the event. We also took the opportunity to share our Feature Video and engaging table talking points, which led our guests on a captivating journey through the decades, from our humble beginnings in 1963 to the present day. This allowed us to reflect on the challenges we have overcome together and look forward to the bright future that lies ahead.
