On 18-19 May 2023, our Partners, Claudia Cheah, Sharon Chong and Loo Peh Fern attended the Lex Mundi Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Asia Pacific Regional Practice Group Meeting held in Busan, South Korea, together with Lex Mundi members from 12 jurisdictions. Claudia Cheah was a panel speaker in the session, “Regional trends and recent developments in cross-border disputes in the Asia Pacific Region”, while Sharon Chong moderated another session,  “New regional developments in international arbitration/investment arbitration involving Asian parties”.
