Lawyers from Skrine's Construction and Engineering Practice, namely Loshini Ramarmuty, Tatvaruban Subramaniam, and Kalaiarasan Rasadurai, were invited by the Bar Council Arbitration and Construction Law Committee to speak at the Arbitration Practicum Workshop on 26 May 2023.
 
Loshini addressed the participants on pre-arbitration assessments and procedures, providing valuable insights into the early stages of arbitration. Her session was moderated by Naveen Sri of Lavania & Balan Chambers. Ruban and Kalai shared their perspectives on expedited arbitrations and early dismissals and the available mechanisms for the same under the AIAC Arbitration Rules 2021.
