Our partner in the Construction and Engineering practice, Loshini Ramarmuty, was one of the speakers at the CIPAA Conference 2022, which took place on 8 July 2022. The Conference was a hybrid event organised by Legal Plus and L2-i-CON at the AIAC.  During her session, Loshini discussed major development in adjudication cases in 2021 and 2022. The session was moderated by Justice Dato' Hajah Aliza Binti Sulaiman, Kuala Lumpur Construction Court Judge.
 
The Conference brought together adjudication experts to exchange views on current issues relating to CIPAA 2012. The Conference also featured the inaugural launch of the International Statutory Adjudication Expert Committee for the harmonisation of statutory adjudication law.
