Brexit: the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union. Re-entering the wider world and re-forging links with historic partners

On 19 August 2019, as part of Skrine’s professional development and knowledge initiatives, Mr Martin Howe Q.C. from 8 New Square, Lincoln’s inn, London delivered a talk titled, “Brexit: the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union. Re-entering the wider world and re-forging links with historic partners”.
 
Mr Martin Howe’s practice encompasses intellectual property and extends into wider fields of EU law and commercial and public law. He has conducted numerous cases in the CJEU, both IP related and relating to wider aspects of EU free movement and regulatory law.
