Harald specializes in the resolution of complex multi-jurisdictional disputes with a particular focus on disputes between the Asian world and the Western world. Drawing from his experience of over 15 years including in Beijing, Frankfurt, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Seoul, Harald is experienced in both civil and common law systems. This is particularly helpful with European clients from the civil law system as the legal system here in Malaysia is common law, as well as for our Malaysian clients doing business in Europe.
