The Malaysia Insolvency Conference 2023, which was jointly organised by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia and The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants took place on 21 June 2023. Our Partner, Claudia Cheah spoke at a panel session “Litigation Funding: From the Perspectives of Insolvency Practitioners and Lawyers”. The conference was a success with a record turnout of attendees from the insolvency and restructuring sphere.
