Our disputes partner and co-head of Construction and Engineering practice, Ashok Kumar Mahadev Ranai was a panel speaker in the session titled “ADR Across Borders: Enforceability and Effectiveness Unveiled”, together with Michael D. Lee (Director, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, Asia Office), Inbavijayan Veeraraghavan, an independent arbitrator from India and Marjolein van den Bosch-Broeren (Head of Enforcement (APAC), Omni Bridgeway). The session was moderated by Nagarajah Muttiah, a partner at Rosli Dahlan Saravana Partnership. 
 
Our disputes partner and co-head of the Intellectual Property practice Khoo Guan Huat spoke about domain name disputes in the session titled “Breaking New Grounds: ADR Unleashed In Niche Sectors - Sports, Domain Names, and Maritime”. The other speakers in the session were Paul Hayes KC (Barrister-at-Law, 39 Essex Chambers) and Dr. David Fong (Barrister-at-Law, Harcourt Chambers, Hong Kong). Erika Williams, an independent arbitrator from Australia, moderated the session.
