Our partner, Trishelea Ann Sandosam, moderated a webinar organised by International Malaysian Society of Maritime Law happened on Thursday, 25 November 2021, from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
 
This free Webinar highlighted the complications of vessel ownership and how to determine true beneficial ownership from sham setups and facades, and the use of evidence to establish admiralty jurisdiction. This event should be of interest to shipowners, bankers, lawyers, and other interested commercial parties. The panel speakers are Nathan Wheeler, Founder of LSR Services Ltd., Hong Kong, and Oon Thian Seng, Managing Partner of T S Oon & Partners.
