On 21 October 2021, IWIRC Malaysia in collaboration with IWIRC Singapore organised a webinar titled, “Across the Generations: Expectations vs. Reality”. Our partners, Claudia Cheah (Co-Chair of IWIRC Malaysia) gave a brief introduction of IWIRC while Sharon Chong (Secretary of IWIRC Malaysia) and Preetha Pillai (Director of IWIRC Malaysia) acted as host and moderator, respectively.
 
The panel speakers comprise insolvency and restructuring practitioners from Malaysia and Singapore, namely, Ira Biswas, (Immediate Past Co-Chair, IWIRC Malaysia), Ellyn Tan (Co-Chair, IWIRC Singapore), Keith Han (Partner, Oon & Bazul LLP Singapore) and Lee Kit Yen (Manager, PwC Malaysia). The very engaging session was skillfully moderated by Preetha Pillai and Datin Anit Kaur (both Directors of IWIRC Malaysia) where the panellists candidly expressed their own views and discussed job expectations from the perspectives of the different generations and how to bridge the generational gap.
