    Annjili is a senior associate in Skrine with a focus on anti-corruption and fraud investigations. Her experience in the area include conducting investigations related to regulatory breaches and internal investigations related to the breaches under the MACC Act 2009. Annjili also has experience in designing investigative plans, document collections and witness interviews.

    Shaleni is a dispute resolution lawyer in Skrine and is part of the Compliance Practice Group. Shaleni focuses on conducting internal investigations on anti-corruption matters, often involving the MACC Act 2009. She also advises on risk management and remediation measures. Her experience in the area include designing and implementing compliance programs, conducting anti-corruption due diligence reviews and handling complex issues involving bribery, fraud, sanctions and financial services regulatory violations in Malaysia.

    Shanthi was a practising lawyer in Singapore and Malaysia, before joining the construction industry as an in-house counsel.
