Society of Construction Law’s Malaysia Construction Law Update 2020

Skrine was a sponsor for the recent Malaysia Construction Law Update 2020 seminar, organised by the Society of Construction Law (SCL) Malaysia. The seminar was held on 13 February 2020.
The seminar brought together Lam Wai Loon from Harold & Lam, Foo Joon Liang from Gan Partnership, Kelvin Aw, from CMS Holborn Asia, and Shannon Rajan from Skrine, all of whom discussed the recent developments and landmark cases concerning the construction and adjudication in Malaysia and Singapore.
Shannon is the presently the chairman of SCL Malaysia.
