Dispute Resolution Webinar: Inception to Enforcement – Practical issues (Part II)

DISPUTE RESOLUTION WEBINAR

Inception to Enforcement - Practical Issues

Skrine and Allen & Overy are pleased to invite you to the second part of our two-part Malaysia focused dispute resolution webinar series focusing on "Inception to Enforcement: Practical Issues".

In the context of walking through the full lifecycle of an arbitration, the upcoming Part II of the series will discuss the key steps (from the commencement of a dispute and the arbitration proceedings themselves, to interim relief, challenges to arbitrators and challenges to awards and enforcement) in an arbitral process and the important strategic considerations to undertake. It will focus on disputes with a Malaysian connection, but also draw on experiences from other key prominent choices of seat of arbitration, including Singapore and England.
