Our partner, Sheba Gumis, will be returning to her alma mater Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) to give a lecture on Due Diligence (Program Syarahan Due Diligence). The programme will take place on 8 November 2019 at the Law Faculty of the UiTM Shah Alam Campus.
 
Sheba is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Advisory and Transactions practice. She focuses on mergers & acquisitions, and has notable experience in the education and hospitality sectors.
