Skrine was a bronze sponsor at the International Conference on the Future of Law and Legal Practice (ICFLP) 2019.

Our partners, Theresa Chong and Lee Shih, and our pupil-in-chambers and former Director, Consumer and Market Conduct Department, Bank Negara Malaysia, Jeremy Lee, spoke on a panel session titled, “Practitioner Perspectives – Legal Education: Experiences Within the Legal Profession”.

Also, on the panel were Jason Lim, Principal Legal Counsel of Huawei Technologies (Malaysia), and Lorett M. Jesudoss, an Officer of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

“Balance in work-life is a choice. You are in full control to determine your priorities and the kind of balance you want to achieve. Having said that, you need to put in the hours as a fresh graduate as the learning curve is steep to sharpen your skills and to perfect your trade for the later years.” – Jason Lim
