IMSML Certificate Course as an Introduction to Maritime Law

On 21 August 2019, our senior associate, Trishelea Sandosam, spoke at the International Malaysian Society of Maritime Law’s (IMSML) annual Certificate Course as an Introduction to Maritime Law.
She spoke on the topic of Admiralty Law and the Enforcement of Maritime Claims. She covered issues relating to
in rem actions, arrests of vessel, maritime liens, judicial sale and priorities.
Trishelea is a senior associate in the firm’s Maritime and Shipping practice area. She is also the secretary of IMSML and is one of the course directors of IMSML’s Certificate Course as an Introduction to Maritime Law 2019.
