Adjudication in Construction Disputes Talk

On 26 April 2019, our partner, Jocelyn Lim, was a guest speaker at the Adjudication in Construction Disputes Talk. This talk was organised by the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL), being the law faculty of International Islamic University Malaysia. Jocelyn spoke to the students of AIKOL on the problems and issues commonly dealt with in the practice of adjudication as an ADR mechanism.
Jocelyn is a partner in the firm’s Construction and Engineering practice. She focuses on construction and engineering disputes and also sits as an adjudicator.
