Our partner, Kuek Pei Yee, moderated a session titled, “Brand Protection Toolkit: It’s Not Just Trademarks Anymore” at the INTA 2019 Asia Conference in Kuala Lumpur.
 
The session discussed on how practitioners rely on trademarks, copyrights, designs, right of publicity, trade secrets, and other IP tools when crafting an effective brand strategy. The session deliberated on what they are doing today an what trends are to expect in the future.
