Corporate - Real Estate (Associate)

Job Description:

• Real estate transaction including sub-sales, leases / tenancies.
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum second upper LLB and where applicable, with BPTC or CLP.
• Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Requirement:

• At least 2 – 4 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Experience in negotiating and drafting agreements in respect of real estate transactions.
• Experience in retail banking documentation and process.
• Working experience in medium to big law firms.
• Strong command in written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently.
• Good analytical and reasoning skills.

Job Location

This role will be based in our office in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.
