Courts of Judicature (Amendment) Act 2022 comes into force on 1 October 2022 – no right of appeal in certain interlocutory proceedings

The Courts of Judicature (Amendment) Act 2022, which amongst other amendments, disallows a party to appeal against the court’s decision in certain interlocutory proceedings, will come into operation on 1 October 2022.1 Our write-up on the aforesaid amendments, when the amendment act was in the form of a Parliamentary Bill, can be accessed here.
