The Strata Titles (Federal Territory of Labuan) Rules 2019 (‘Rules’) were gazetted on 2 December 2019 and will come into operation on 1 January 2020. 
 
The Rules seek to implement in respect of the Federal Territory of Labuan, the amendments made to the Strata Titles Act 1985 pursuant to the Strata Titles (Amendment) Act 2016 which came into operation in that territory on 1 January 2017 (except for section 29 of the Amendment Act which came into operation on 1 January 2018).
