Our client, SCOR SE, completed its global reorganisation exercise on 1 April 2019. The reorganisation included the merger of operating entities, SCOR Global P&C and SCOR Global Life SE, into SCOR SE.
 
SCOR Global P&C (through its subsidiary) and SCOR Global Life SE are licensed reinsurers in Labuan regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority, as part of the SCOR Group’s Asia-Pacific operations.
 
Our Firm assisted SCOR SE in the Malaysian regulatory and transactional aspects necessary to facilitate the integration of the Labuan reinsurance entities into the new corporate structure of the SCORE Group under the reorganisation exercise.
