Skrine acts as local counsel and advised Aon on the sale of its local subsidiary, Aon Hewitt Malaysia Sdn Bhd’s talent business to Spencer Stuart. The work includes the transaction documents, advisory and documentation work in respect of the transfer of employees, filing and regulatory procedures, and completion work.
