• Acted as junior counsel on behalf of a multinational company in successfully opposing an appeal to the Court of Appeal and an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court involving a challenge against an arbitral award.


• Assisted in various commercial litigation matters, including appeals at the Court of Appeal and leave applications at the Federal Court.


• Acted as counsel in a Sessions Court trial involving breach of contract and tort of negligence.


• Represented a large company in recovery of debt from various organisations and individuals.


• Acted as counsel in execution proceedings.
