Skrine x Project ID: CV Writing and Interview Skills Workshop 2020

On 19 January 2020, a team of Skrinees comprising Rachel Chiah, Tan Wei Liang, Ng Kar Man, Ann Tiang, Ryan Jaafar, Raja Nadhil and Sareeka Balakrishnan were in Sepang to conduct a CV Writing and Interview Skills Workshop for 20 post-Form 5 students. This workshop is part of the firm’s collaboration with Project ID, a career aspiration and leadership programme based at SMK Pendamaran Jaya and SMK Bukit Tinggi in Klang and SMK Semporna in Sabah.
The team kicked off the workshop with a session focused on guiding students on how to prepare a good CV. Subsequently, the team gave a short presentation on interview skills before everyone broke out into small groups for interview roleplaying. Through interview roleplaying, each student had the opportunity to gain interview experience and receive constructive feedback from their fellow group members and the facilitator. The lively afternoon concluded with a lunch, in which the team had the opportunity to mingle with the students.
We have been informed by Project ID that the students now feel more confident for their upcoming scholarship and college interviews, and are glad to have been of help. Thank you Project ID for inviting Skrine to conduct this workshop!
