Skrine was invited to present on legal topics in a major legal seminar organised by the Chinese Enterprise Association of Malaysia (CENAM). The firm has contributed to this initiative in year 2017 and 2018. This year the event took place at Intercontinental Hotel on 22 April 2019 (Monday), and attracted more than 100 participants who are CENAM’s members.
 
The topics covered are (i) investment, (ii) real properties, (iii) commercial contractual dispute and (iv) construction disputes.
 
Skrine’s China Desk group members attended and contributed to the seminar. Panel speakers for the seminar include partners Claudia Cheah, Jocelyn Lim and Addy Herg, and senior associate Lee Zhi Wei.
