IBA Annual Conference Rome 2018

On 11 October 2018, our partner, Selvamalar Alagaratnam, moderated a session at the IBA Annual Conference Rome 2018. The session was titled “Framework of an Effective Cross-border Investigation” and was presented by the IBA Employment and Industrial Relations Law Committee. The session covered issues on starting investigations, analysis of evidence, evaluation of internal measures, access to data and data protection, and strategies on regulatory action.
