Our Partner, Claudia Cheah, was a panel speaker for a talk titled “Corporate Rescue Mechanism: One Year On – Perspective of the Regulator, Lawyer & Insolvency Practitioner”. Other panellists included Pn. Norhaslinda Salleh, Head of Insolvency of Companies Commission of Malaysia, and Ms. Anoopal Kaur, Associate Director of Ferrier Hodgson MH. The event was held at the Asian International Arbitration Centre, Kuala Lumpur. The talk was organised by the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation Malaysian Network (IWIRC).
