The Malaysian Stock Exchange or Bursa Malaysia (Bursa), invited our partner, Kwan Will Sen, to speak at the “Anti-Fraud & Corruption Awareness Talk” held on 23 January 2019 at Bursa’s headquarters. The talk was catered for the Senior Managers and the auxiliary police force of Bursa, and is part of Bursa’s ongoing initiative to raise awareness on fraud and corruption.
 
During the session, Will Sen spoke on civil fraud, corruption offences, corporate criminal liability and Bursa’s internal Code of Ethics.
 
He is also scheduled to provide the same talk to the directors of Bursa at the end of February 2019.
 
Will Sen was previously seconded to Bursa’s Enforcement Division (in 2010) for three months and continues to actively work with Bursa on their judicial review, regulatory and enforcement related matters.
