On 11 September 2025, our Dispute Resolution Partner, Suhaib Ibrahim attended the Regional Arbitral Institutes Forum (RAIF) Conference 2025 in Tokyo, Japan.

RAIF comprises leading professional arbitration institutes across the Asia-Pacific region (including the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb)), united to promote and advance arbitration practices within the region.

This year’s RAIF Conference brought together professionals, arbitrators, and experts in the field of arbitration and served as a platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and regional engagement of arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region.

The RAIF Conference in 2026 will be organised by the MIArb and held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Suhaib Ibrahim is part of the organising committee for the RAIF Conference next year.
