Skrine was delighted to participate in the Kuala Lumpur In-House Community Congress 2025 on 11 September 2025, which brought together more than 200 in-house counsel for a day of timely legal updates and meaningful discussions relevant to the legal community in Malaysia.

Skrine's session, “Resolving Disputes – Arbitration or Courts? Practical Considerations when Drafting Dispute Resolution Clauses”, was ably moderated by our partner Louise Azmi and featured our dispute resolution partner Preetha Pillai and Sneha Iyer from the Asian International Arbitration Centre. The panel aimed to deliver a balanced discussion on the comparative merits of litigation and arbitration whilst offering strategic considerations and practical insights for legal teams navigating the complexities of contract drafting.
