Our Partner, Foo Siew Li, was a panellist at the recent IRLaw Conference 2025, held on 21–22 May at Element by Westin, Kuala Lumpur.

Siew Li contributed to the panel session on “Recent Judicial & Legislative Trends in Industrial Relations”, alongside Puan Suraiya Ch’ng Abdullah, Director of the Industrial Relations Department Selangor and Alvare Teoh, Partner from Zul Rafique & Partners.

The panel discussed key developments shaping the industrial relations landscape in Malaysia, offering valuable perspectives on evolving legal frameworks and case law.
