Our partner, Jillian Chia, was invited to the official launch of the Cross Border Personal Data Transfer (CBPDT) Guidelines today. The event, held at the Pullman Hotel Kuala Lumpur, was graced by the presence of the PDP Commissioner, Dr. Nazri Kama, who officially launched the guidelines at noon.

This milestone event, organised by the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Department (Pesuruhjaya Perlindungan Data Peribadi Malaysia (PPDP)), marks a significant step forward in enhancing data protection and privacy standards across borders.
