Our Dispute Resolution Partner, Suhaib Ibrahim and Senior Associate, Kalaiarasan Rasadurai were part of the panel discussion at the BIM-AIAC ADR Summit 2025, held on 14 May 2025 at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”), Kuala Lumpur. The overall theme of the said summit was “Empowering Professional Excellence: Building a National Professional Ecosystem and Advancing Ethical AI and ADR Practices” This annual event was jointly organised by Balai Ikhtisas Malaysia and the AIAC.

Kalai led the discussion as the moderator for the session on “Appropriate Dispute Resolution in Action”, while our Suhaib along with Ir Harbans Singh, Shanti Abraham, Shannon Rajan, and Vishnu Menon spoke on the various alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) modes available to stakeholders. The panel explored and discussed the pros and cons of the ADR modes as well as the latest developments across these various modes. The BIM-AIAC ADR Summit 2025 was well attended by professionals across various industries in Malaysia.
