We are pleased to share that our dispute resolution partner, Manshan Singh, has been named in the 2025 Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Top 40 Under 40 list, the only person from Malaysia for this year’s edition.

Manshan’s litigation practice encompasses handling corporate and commercial, international trade and competition disputes. For corporate and commercial disputes he has acted in a myriad of matters ranging from shareholders’ to insolvency disputes. For international trade work, he has acted for some of the largest manufacturers in the world in investigations initiated both in and out of Malaysia. In respect of competition disputes, he has acted in some of the maiden litigation matters in the country.
