Our Senior Associate, Kalaiarasan Rasadurai, moderated a webinar on the “Overview of the Arbitration (Amendment) Bill 2024” as part of the Society of Construction Law, Malaysia’s Webinar Series. Key amendments to the Arbitration Act 2005, including the introduction of Third-Party Funding in Malaysia and the establishment of the AIAC Court of Arbitration, was discussed in this webinar.
