Our partner, Jillian Chia together with other Lex Mundi Asia Pacific member firms carried out an afternoon of data privacy sessions at the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (SCCA) APAC Legal Congress 2024 on 23 and 24 April 2024.

Jillian moderated the session on Cross Border Data Transfers which discussed data transfer regimes in Thailand, China, Japan and Malaysia. She was also a panellist on two other sessions that afternoon on ‘Navigating the complexities of multi-jurisdictional data breaches in a digital world’ and ‘Data Privacy- Regional updates’.
