Our partner, Selvamalar Alagaratnam, participated in the MSLSSL Webinar - “Unlocking the Myths of Fixed Term Contracts,” organized by the Malaysian Society for Labour and Social Security Law. The event was held via Zoom on 29 November 2024.

This webinar aimed to unlock the myths surrounding fixed term contracts by addressing the factors which determine whether a fixed term contract is valid or not, the pitfalls of improperly used fixed term contracts, related legal and practical issues, and best practices to ensure the validity of fixed term contracts.
