We are pleased to share that our partner, Louise Azmi, will be participating in the upcoming seminar titled “Exploring the Path to Modern Arbitration with ICC Rules.” The seminar is organized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Bar Council Arbitration and Construction Law Committee.

Louise will be moderating the discussion in Session 1, focusing on ICC Arbitration Clauses and Crafting Terms of Reference. This session will cover crucial aspects of drafting effective arbitration clauses and understanding the key elements of a well-crafted Terms of Reference.
