GIR Live: Asia-Pacific Investigations Summit 2024

On 3rd September, our Dispute Resolution partner, Lim Koon Huan will participate in the GIR Live: Asia-Pacific Investigations Summit 2024 in Singapore. She will be a panel speaker discussing the ‘Critical challenges of investigations in the Asia-Pacific.’

Her session will cover the complexities of managing investigations across diverse jurisdictions within the region. The discussion will also address the DOJ’s whistleblower incentives and the new safe harbour policy, as well as M & A due diligence.
