Construction Claims and ADR Conference Marathon 2024

The Construction Claims and ADR Conference Marathon 2024 was co-organised by L2 i-CON International and LegalPlus on 16 May 2024. The Conference brought together a lineup of distinguished moderators and speakers who shared their expertise, experiences, and insights on navigating the evolving landscape of construction disputes.
 
Our Dispute Resolution Partner, Shannon Rajan moderated Session 4 – Latest Development in CIPAA, from 3.05 pm. He was joined by Satinder Singh, Ryan Soo, Lee Kai Jun and Sheela Vinayaka Das. 
 
In Session 5, Jocelyn Lim, our Dispute Resolution Partner, was one of the speakers, discussing on ‘The Context of Time-Barred in Construction Contract’. The session was moderated by Justice Datuk Wong Kian Kheong, and joined by Deepak Mahadevan, Balan Nair Thamodaran and Wong Hin Loong.
