Our Head of Construction and Engineering Practice Group, Ivan Loo, spoke at The Inaugural Masterclass for Adjudicators by Society of Construction Law, happened on Saturday, 24 September 2022. This event was organised by Society of Construction Law, Malaysia and supported by Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), MSA, MIARB, MBAM and RISM.  
 
Ivan spoke in Session 1, on “Tackling Jurisdictional and Other Challenges to Derail the Adjudication Process”.
