Congratulations to our partner, Sara Lau, on being named a 2022 Client Choice Award Winner in the Labour and Employment area within the Malaysia jurisdiction!
 
Sara is an all-rounded employment lawyer, who handles both litigation, corporate and advisory employment matters. Her practice not only includes regularly acting for employers in unjust dismissal claims and other employment related contentious matters in all levels of courts in Malaysia, but also extends to providing practical and relevant advice in all areas of employment law, including employment related immigration and tax law. Recently, Sara’s portfolio has also expanded to cover ESG related employment and migrant labour concerns. Sara’s other key practice areas also include general and civil litigation and acting for medical practitioners in negligence and malpractice matters.
