Dhanyaa Shreeya Sukumar, were the speakers for CPD Camps Live titled “Basics of Admiralty Law and Practice”, organised by the Bar Council Malaysia.
This CPD Camps Live session covered the following topics:
- Law applicable to admiralty claims;
- Admiralty in rem and in personam claims;
- Maritime liens;
- Ship arrest;
- Security and release;
- Judicial sale of a ship;
- Determination of priorities; and
- Recent developments in Malaysia.
