We are pleased to announce that our partner, Khoo Guan Huat, has been designated by the Government of Malaysia to serve on the Panels of Arbitrators and of Conciliators maintained by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). 

ICSID is the world’s leading institution devoted to international investment dispute settlement and has administered the majority of international investment cases. ICSID provides for settlement of disputes by conciliation, arbitration or fact-finding.
