Following the Stamp Duty – Practical Considerations webinar, our Tax and Revenue Practice Group presented the second in its 5 part series of webinar which aims to discuss recent developments in taxation and your rights as a taxpayer.

This session covered recent tax measures and developments, in particular pre-budget 2022 statements as well as key highlights of tax audit trends. We also discussed the legal remedies which are available when challenging an assessment as well as some recent cases.
