, moderated a webinar organised by the Bar Council Industrial and Employment Law Committee (“IELC”) happening on 29 September 2021, from 3.00pm to 4.00pm.
Sumitha Shaanthinni Kishna, advocate and solicitor and current Chairperson of Migrant Forum in Asia, a regional network with membership in 18 countries from Middle East and Asia advocating the protection of migrant workers, discussed the topic of Migrant Workers' Access to Labour Rights in Malaysia.
